system
- Manual System cause every staff busy in preparing Documents
& Reports
- Due to heavy workload. To increase sales, your overhead
will be increase.
- Any data captured manually in paper format can be considered
as "dead data"
- To Transform to Management Reports Need to Take A Lot
of Time
- Cannot be shared simultaneously i.e. Tour master file
and its relevant information
- Time lapsed for searching for files sometimes can be quite
long
- Time and manpower consuming to constantly update and sort
out the sales and seat availability for every tour
- All the report needs to be constantly updated due to no
linking between different system
